With Open Formulieren, residents can easily fill out forms. Fields are filled in automatically based on linked data sources, such as the Basic Registration of Persons (BRP) or the Trade Register. This saves time and minimizes the chance of errors. In addition, the system offers various login options, including DigiD, eHerkenning and eIDAS.

Open Formulieren integrates effortlessly with existing municipal systems, such as case systems and payment platforms. This ensures that data is processed instantly and process turnaround time is reduced. Municipalities can choose integrations with their case systems and DMS via STuF-ZKN and the ZGW APIs.

Seamless integration

Open Formulieren is developed entirely according to Common Ground principles. The application is open source and has high standards for privacy, security and accessibility. Municipalities have full control over their data, which is securely stored on a proprietary database server.

Flexible and self-manageable

Delta10 hosts Open Formulieren on servers in the Netherlands. Municipalities have access to our Delta10 Portal, which gives them real-time visibility into the performance of their forms environment. Our cloud environment is set up high availability and distributed across three data centers, so even the failure of an entire data center is not noticeable to the end user. With this, we achieve very high availability rates.

Implementation and support

Delta10 guides municipalities step by step in the functional and technical implementation of Open Formulieren. We offer comprehensive support and also provide training for municipal employees. We also support the migration of existing forms. In this way we relieve municipalities of all their worries.
