Intelligent handling of notifications

Anyone can easily make a report by clicking on a location on the map and adding a description. The reporter can optionally add a photo. It is also possible to enter contact details to be kept informed of the report.

Signalen automatically classifies the incoming notifications using machine learning and puts the notifications in the correct category. The report is then automatically assigned to the correct department and handler.

Via a user-friendly panel, a practitioner can keep track of the progress, handle the report and inform the reporter. Default texts can be used for handling.

We provide hosting in the cloud on servers in the Netherlands. Each municipality will have its own platform that is set up according to the Haven standard of The Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG). Signalen will be installed on this platform. We can also set up the environment within the municipality's existing cloud environment.

We offer an uptime guarantee of up to 99.99% depending on the SLA chosen. New versions of Signalen are made available monthly.
